Laptops and PC's are built differently. Laptops are built more 'snug and secure' than PC's are. So it you put your case ( pc, not laptop ) on the same level/slab of press-wood (most desks nowadays ) as your speaker system and play that 2.1 consistantly. You'll find a problem caused by the vibration at some point..
