I saw on Fox News last night that FEMA ran out of money and is telling insurance companies not to pay flood claims. They said "everyone will be paid.. eventually".

That's interesting. I wonder how long "eventually" is going to be. These are people that bought legit insurance to cover their property, paid into that insurance for a length of time, and now when it comes time to pay up they're not getting it. THAT pisses me off. Why even bother to have insurance?
