1. My above posts required next to no effort to post.
2. Perhaps my examplary behavior of not posting an opinion is an extended example of holding one's tongue in matters such as World Events rather than spouting off the first angry thought that my mind might think. I have an opinion, sure, but I know it's not important to say as much at this point in time concerning the issue of the riots in France. I do have the ability to impart facts though. What a concept, huh?
3. Just because this is the Internet doesn't mean that we should treat websites as Anger.com and say/post things that we probably wouldn't say in public.... or maybe we should treat it that way and furthermore never take anything seriously that is posted on the Net which means we should knock the "Serious" off the Discussion.
4. I am "smarter" than "you all" because I don't have opinions that are baseless. My opinions, when I actually DO open my mouth, usually entail other peoples' viewpoints/theories because in any intellectual community, people realize that there are biases and contradictions and such everywhere.

Again, I reiterate how this particular thread (which has now been marginalized as "attack on DFers intellect" masked under the guise of "Political Critique") is pretty useless as it is. There's no arguement on my part to make anymore because you people fail to recognize that I wasn't attacking the OPINIONS but the METHOD and while you humor yourselves and me by pretending to play fair and take everyone's opinion into consideration, I know that it's extremely conservative here in terms of what style you (the oldies/regs) like and you guys n' gals love hostility, (which really is useless in any sort of intellectual discussion -- just look at the U.N. squabble..) even in the Serious Discussion section.

How can anyone take anything seriously here when no one is objective in their opinions? That's my problem.
