Are you currently desiging any game(s)? I designe around 1 a month, but never really complete the game play of it all.

Looking online, people just want to hire others who have had 1-3 years experience and at least one good title to their name. Usually in the Sony/nintendo style of games, and not cards and board games. Though I'm intrested if you've done any kind of work in either field area.
