because garg wants to crack down on it. If you look around, most everyone has reduced their sig size. Me included. (and my sig was just df shit). If you'd like more info, there's a thread somewhere on the first couple pages of offtopic titled "share your thoughts on sig size." or something like that created by garg. also, sorry to say it, but your lilywhite banner is still to big. There's an example in that thread of what 400x125 looks like.
