so what's the difference? a FICTIONAL story about getting "extra credit" isn't having sex with a REAL 13 year old catholic school girl... so why is it "obscenity" and worth prosecuting over?

unconnected thought:

i remember a case where a teen girl was prosecuted for taking PRIVATE pictures of her and her teen boyfriend having sex... she, a legal child, was prosecuted for creating child pornography when it was A.non-distributed and B.legal for them to have sex.
