So you live in a place with alot of sand, you get some gasoline and some biodegradable stuff like styrofoam and you mix it up real good in a bucket and dont get any on you, and dont even have a lighter with you. Then you let it sit in the sun for a while, ok now you have napalm, take your paint brush and fill your sandy yard with pillars of fire, now fill up beer bottles with the remaining fluid, put rags into them and use them to fight off cops and the fire department. They won't be ready but you will, remember you can always roll around in the sand and dance with the fire, they won't know what to do. Remember what halloween stands for: Candy, safety, and fire. Try not to do this too often though.
