I know there's a lot of stupid parents out there, but really....feeding them dinner and making sure their masks don't suffocate them them are pretty basic things even I manage to do.
But then on the other hand, while making sure they have no fun at all, there's this piece of stupidity-

If a child doesn't know it's name and address or is likely to get seperated, why the hell would you let them out with other kids or alone??!!
So we need to cut up fruit for children and make sure they don't trip over flower pots, but a piece of paper with their details suffices when it comes to letting them loose on the streets??
