Bullshit. capitolism works FINE in China, and they dont import goods from poorer countries. Capitolism is working fine in Russia where they dont import many goods from poorer countries. Same with india and Mexico. Capitolism destroys poverty. Its socialism and communism that makes poverty, that makes people stop working, and when people stop working they rely on the government, and when they rely on the government they are let down and stuf to wallow in despair and filth.
