I didnt even notice a fucking navy, but I only spent 2 days in Bejing. Most of my time was in Szechaun where they have most of thier standing forces and training academys. I met a LOOOOOT of thier soldiers and the thing I noticed was they they were unorganized had no discipline and didnt give a shit about the army.
