1= Deplorable, cripple, mentally incompetent.
2= Childlike, infantile.
3= Deficient.
4= Below Average
5= Human Average
6= Above Average
7= Extraordinary
8= Exceptional
9= Glorious, ingenius, godlike competance.
10= Freakish, so above human norms as to be almost incomprehensible.

A 1-10 system.
