stop sleeping so late in the afternoon, force yourself up at 9 or 8 then force yourself into bed by 10 that night. you will regulate. Sounds like you can sleep, youre just adjusting to shitty sleep patterns. I used to do the same thing, would be up till 4 AM then sleep until 12. I forced myself into bed by 10 for a week then started getting up at 8 in the morning every day. Now I go to bed around 10 or 11 and I am up by 7am every day. |
