It will never change. We have the massacre at Dunblane to thank for the handgun ban.
I have many means of defence at my disposal. I already own an extremely thick 'abus' motorcycle locking chain and padlock for locking my FZ6-N down.
They may have banned guns and swords, but the trusty old kitchen knife is always a good means of defending the home.
