Because of my knee being total shit right now...i have to give up on some stuff for a while. Gota get surgery...End of Sept.
But normally i would go to the gym everyday. Lift and do cardio..every fucking day for 2 and 1/2 hours i'd be at that damn gym. I love it tho! I also horseback ride...and thats def a workout. I go for runs and walks. I dance a lot...i dunno if that counts but yeah.
I love doing fitness shit and movin' around and sheeeit. I'm def not a lazy person. But of course i do have my days...I'm only human!
