When you give someone a seeing to in Grand Theft Auto III to take their car off them, do your knees rattle, does your heart pound, does your breathing and blood pressure increase to make you ready for fight or flight?
Of course not... Simulators are useful tools to teach someone how the controls of an Aeroplane or a Lunar Module work, but actually hurting people in a combat situation is a totally different skill...
