Ok here's a simple one but it's really good here's what you'll need:
1 ear of corn
1 packet of taco seasoning
and some butter

They call this southwest style roasted corn. what you need to do is get some aluminum foil, and after shucking your corn rub it down with semi soft butter, and put the taco seasoning in there and roll it around, seal it up making a foil pack and throw it on the grill for a few minutes turning it over so that the butter melts coating it with the seasoning.
