how do you know its cooked? is it orange?
if its orange it is cooked. to reheat let it thaw and after its thawed toss it into a pot of boiling water for a few minutes. no more than7 or 8 tops. just enough to warm it.
best and pretty much only parts of lobsters to eat: the 2 claws, and the tail (entire segmented section behind the section of the body that the legs are attached to.)
crack the shell, remove meat, sprinkle with lemon juice, dip into hot melted butter and enjoy.
