im even pickier than you mia. i only eat canned tuna. and on occasion, fish sticks (only one brand i like). but i did work in a seafood department for 4 years. i would suggest flounder fillets, or a fish called Tilapia (nice firm, semi pinkish, fillets) im told it is awesome. but really salmon is the only fish you need since its highest in Omega 3 fatty acids which are really needed for the brain i think. quit your fucking whining. |
