Personally, I'm not a big fan. I eat tuna and salmon and that's it - and even then, I can only eat the tuna fresh, and the salmon tinned.
I need to broaden my horizons, what sort of fish would you suggest for a beginner, and what recipes do you have?
Bare in mind, I can't eat anything with skin, bones, or it's head and tail left on. |
