Gnocchi A La Neon
Get some Potato Gnocchi Pasta (lovely) and make as usual when ready.
The sauce,
250g Cheese (hard cheese)
50g Softer cheese
1 Aubergine
1/2 Cup of milk
Mushrooms (chopped
1 Bell pepper chopped
Fry Aubergine, Mushrroms and Pepper in pan, Melt cheese into pan until a thick roux, then add milk and mix. Then add fried pepeers et al.
Make Gnocchi and when gnocchi ready, stir in mixture
Neon
