The problem here is at the source. Parents desperate enough to sell their children to be sacrificed. People in such poverty that £10 is worth more than their child's life. And that is why the poorest countries need help. Not pity, or cash in hand, they need help to build their own economies, to effectively use and trade their resources, to create jobs with a fair wage so their situation is not so dire they feel they have to sell their kids.

That's the only way this problem will be remedied.
