It's a freak occurrence, it might just be that the scale was wrong.

Thing is once a download start the initial connection speed always peeks and from there on the dowload slowly starts to collapse, especially on dial up. So it might have been an average.

I never really looked into my speed when i was back on dial up...went way to slow for me anyway
