ok im buddist so ill try to help,the aim of meditation is to think of absolutely nothing at all, wich is actualy impossible but that the aim, u need to give you mind a place were it can rest and think off nothing, so sit comptably on floor and simply count your breathing, breth in 1 breath out 2 breath in 3 and so on just to 10 watch youre thoughts if you start to think about something stop and start again keep doing it untill calm, also burn lavender in room as close to u as u can the vapure will calm and help alot good luck, if u want to no more,
