DOesn't make them hard really... Makes them look like they have crabs or something... I fucking hated that! They don't do it over here, they do however, shout stuff out of cars when driving passed women... Stuff like "NICE FANNY!"
Which always makes me laugh because fanny means ass over here and it means Vagina in the UK... I keep thinking they shout "NICE VAGINA!" as those fools would know what a vagina looks like....
