Allright, in a Biblical sense, homosexuality is wrong; however, it has long been the saying that you are supposed to love the sinner and hate the sin. Though it does not say whether or not they like her as a person, I can only assume that this has something to do with it. I can also understand the position of *Harry Connick Jr accent from Independence Day* the reverend. I can understand the need for a law prohibiting the open discrimination of gays, but, and this where I agree with *the reverend*, because of the belief system and homosexuality being a sin, there should not be a gay person in a community leading role. This is how we open the door to our kids being corrupted. Not all homosexuals will do this, but just one instance of a community leader (ie. priest) misbehaving either around children or in public and the outcry will be horrendous. Not so good for the united minority. Though I might like you as a person, I do not have to condone what you do or support your effort for a public role in policy.
