I see this bloke out jogging a lot. He told me he's 80.
Most eighty year olds can barely walk, let alone get out there every day.
I think age only limits us if we let it, to a point. I did an A-level a few years back at night school for the fun of it, and there was a woman in my class in her seventies. She has been taking evening classes her whole life practically, it's her hobby. She has more qualifications than she knows, and her mind is sharp as knife.
