Based on what's happening now, I think th Republican party will gain another senator or two in the 2006 election. I think they will lose a few seats in the House, but not the majority. The losses will come from the midwest because Bush wants to cut farm subsidies.

I think Bush style Social Security reform will happen, but Bush won't get everything he wants. It will be a watered down version of his plan. I have no prediction about the possibility of a tax increase in the plan. It could go either way. I can see Bush going along with that if he thinks he has to, to get the private accounts.

Who do you think is next on our shit list in the War On Terror? Iran or Syria? I can't guess right now. He's verbally leaning on both of them.

What are your predictions? I think it might be entertaining to have them all in one thread that we can easily come back to later to see how accurate we were.
