How is my decision wrong? I took it as something other then him being a pedophile? I do not see where he is petitioning to be allowed to have sex with a 12 yr old, just that it may be an idea for people to be tested prior to having sex to see if they are justifibly in position to take credit for their actions. As I have stated, the fact that 12 yr olds and sometimes younger are having sex, that in some way shape or form they should be tested to see if they are mature enough and responsibile enough for the outcome of their actions. Is a 12 yr old having sex mentally responsible to take care of himself, a girlfriend and a child? Is he mature enough to handle the responsibility of having a baby? It is a sad fact that kids 12 yr old do have sex and can get pregnant. Damn, the legal age of consent is 14. That being sid, i have seen kids younger then that more mature and better developed then a 14 year old. When i was 17 I met a chick that was attractive and she had an interest in dating me, she looked 16 and i was prepared for it till, someone that knew her told me she was 11. we remained friends but nothing ever came from it. Does that make me a pedophile?
