Sometimes we as Mods have to make decisions without consorting with other Mods. Windigo made the call on this one and I back his call. So in actuality I am working in tandem with another Mod. i am not working alone on this. Other Mods have also made it known that this was a hollow Report and now it is completely blown out of proportion by your use of Logical Deduction to make me out a fool. My words have never defined me and if they have they have defined me as an asshole with integrity. I would hope my actions here speak louder than them.
I do not feel that I have to change who I am here in order to make decisions based on logical deduction of the problems. I can still be a regular member while at the same time helping correct problems the Forums face. if you feel differently that is your right.

I will continue to be who I am and not who someone wants me to be.
