No what users will never have is what they want when they make a complaint... compliance based on strongarm tactics.... such as 'Demod him or i will contact the Authorities".... A threat will only be met with ridicule.... if someone wants to be taken seriously please make a complaint and take the decision at hand for what it is.... even with the threat we took the report seriously and talked about it.... after reading the initial post and the report we concluded that nothing was wrong... instead of acceptance it was met with a threat.... |
A, I didn't say users should have "compliance based on strongarm tactics", and of course B, if there are people in authority positions higher up than you, expect them to be contacted if your decision is questioned. That's just the way it works and that's probably a good thing, no point in taking it personally. If that didn't happen, what would be the point in having moderators at all?
