I think you have to draw boundaries as to what you define as paedophilia.

I was having consenting sex from the 'illegal' age of 15 and was perfectly mature and sensible enough to partake in that, the men I've slept with have all been older than me to a greater or lesser degree- does that make them paedophiles?
My friend's boyfriend is younger than her, so for the most part of their relationship she has been sleeping with a minor. Does that make her a paedophile?

Where do you draw the line? Because it's apparent from the examples I've given that in certain circumstances underage sex is fine.

However, where I live has the highest teen pregnancy rate in Europe, and thus it is clear that people are not mature enough to even think about having sex and the consequences it brings.
