You're online, just not able to reach DF..right? hmm, perhaps Qwest's routing tables got bitched... if so, it's something beyond your control. It happened once with RoadRunner and I couldn't reach Hotmail or MSN for almost a week. That's the only thing I can think of that would stop you after a fresh install. I would contact them again, raise holy hell.. and ask to speak with tier 2, or whatever support they have above the base agents.

also, type this from the command prompt:

tracert www.darkforum.com

with the results of the trace route, see if the connection is even making it out of your ISP, or just where the connection is timing out... that way you've got some info to give tier 2 support.. and they'll know you're not some braindead person calling in to complain.
