It is hard to replace it with something else...but it can be done. Jeezus, if I can do it, ANYONE can.

Another thing that helped me is to try to keep staving off the craving for as long as I possibly could and eventually the time spans between each became longer and longer, and then when I ran out, I just didn't buy anymore. This is one case where "out of sight, out of mind" worked for me.

Whatever you do, even if you backslide, DON'T GIVE UP!
It's so worth it. YOU'RE so worth it.
