I just found out my best friend has been lying to me for several months about having a job. He's built this whole web of lies and when I called him out on it he turned it around on me and said the friendship is over...that I can think of him what I want...etc. BUT...he never gave me an explanation as to why he lied about it. What else has he lied to me about? The trust is definitely shattered, but now I'm livid because he flipped it around and it almost feels like he's making it into MY FAULT. Any suggestions on how I should handle this? Should I just say, "F you!" and move on with my life?
