Why don't we just make it even easier on ourselves. We can input all the available data of two combatants into a computer and run a simulated scenario that will project the outcome of a war. Then it can print out an official document of surrender for the loser to sign just as soon as each side sends off a certain number of men to assisted suicide centers so we remove the proper casualties...it's much more humane and civilized that way.
