If any culture that practiced terrible things was unworthy of existence then I doubt that many of us would be in the clear. Feel very free to criticise female circumcision, Synikul, and I'm with you up to that point, but don't pretend that your own culture is so morally upright that you're in any position to say that another culture doesn't have the right to exist. Their culture is about more than female circumcision.
