In both cases women choose to do it in order to please the men of their "Tribe". It's not the men holding down their daughters and slicing away, it's the women doing it to make their daughters beautiful because of social norms. With young girls already getting breast implants I wonder how long it will be before they start asking for designer vaginas for a college gift?
