The whole concept of virginity is still extremely important in some cultures, in a physical sense, unlike America. The rampant acts of rape in Bosnia of Muslim women by the Serbs was a calculated act. Marrying a virgin is a very important concept to them. A "spoiled" woman is considered unmarriable by their culture, so it was a concentrated effort to wipe them out as a whole.
Here in America, and probably other parts of the Western world, the concept isn't as important as the freedom to give of yourself as you see fit, to the right person at the right time. Personal control of one's sexuality takes precedence over the concept of virginity. Shadowborn To view links or images in signatures your post count must be 10 or greater. You currently have 0 posts.
