Yet, though we keep constantly referring to this as the 'war in Iraq', I don't remember there ever actually being a declaration of war by Congress...
That little technicality aside, I think this election will be every bit as close as the one 4 years ago...hopefully we won't see the need for lawyers to decide who becomes president this time around.
