How do you think the laws would work regarding avatar nudity or gratuitous sexual conduct in VR public space? It's pretty much illegal everywhere in the real world, but how different would it be?
And would it matter if two consenting adults chose a very young avatar and an older avatar to do some hanky-panky in VR or would it be considered child porn or something inappropriate?
trying to keep it on topic, but still explore conversation. |
I think it be something similar to real life with zoning laws. The web would have to have areas or something...moving in and out would ask for you to imput a code of somekind that allows you to view or partake in the action!
Set up a few avatars so when you move to and from the zones you have one that fits your liking.
