Yes, I realize that doctors are overpaid. Yes, I realize that if just one child is saved, then maybe that atrocious number we pay out to that certain % on Medicaid that completely waste everyone's resources and time is worth it.
Until we actually put restrictions on pharmaceutical companies, and hospitals, it will keep getting worse and worse. They know your kid/spouse/loved one/yourself is going to die/stay stick, so they proceed to fuck you in the ass unmercifully.
Malpractice (against Doctors) is the biggest load of crap. Wow, you send my child home to die. At most (at least in MO, MS firsthand) you will only get 250k to 500k. That's how much a life is worth. You defend that. Defend it. Your baby is sent home with a staph infection that kills the growth plate in her leg just because the hospital didn't feel like treating it and now one leg is considerably shorter than the other. Defend your child only getting 250k and dealing with that the rest of their life.
On this issue, Democrats, Republicans..it's all the same. Money is power. It will never change. |
pessimist...
but you're probably right, it's just frustrating that we work so much, and can't afford to take our children to a doctor if we need too...they should make it easier and more affordable to get them medical attention.
just another insurance we have to pay to protect ourselves...now i'm feeling all pessimistic
thanks vero...
