I've dated a few girls 10 years younger than me when I was 28-30. It was fun, the sex was good, but there was no compatability for a long term relationship. I was at a different place in life from them.

If the age difference isn't as extreme, I don't see a problem. I'm 36 and my girlfriend is 40. We don't have any age related issues.
