it has been theorized that men go through a monthly hormonal shift... some speculation indicates that we are more horny the week before the main females in our lives go through their own menstration (perhaps connected somehow with ovulation) and that it remains regular even during the absence from these women (so it probably isn't THEIR hormones just turning us on).
