This has been bugging me for a while now...

The Olympic rings, five interconnecting rings symbolising the five continents participating in the olympics (the official line on the subject).

Now correct me if I'm wrong but there are seven continents:
Africa
Asia
Australia
Europe
North America
South America
Antartica

Understandibally Antartica doesn't have a team but which other one is left out?
