I do understand your point of viewing... 'Xept what I do not understand is why you see only the one line within the frame of reality by time. Everything is happening... but parallel. And the choices we make decide which parallel becomes ours...

I'll try your math concept. Let's assume A and B as variables of choice.
So (Past) * (A + B = present choices) = (Future)
Now, let's assume B is the variable that is predicted, and therefor altered. A is the actual prediction. This would leave 4 possibilities:
Past = Future (no prediction, condition B did not occur)
Past*A = Future (prediction without acting on it)
Past*B = Future (prediction proves false)
Past *(A+B) = Future (prediction causes change in B)

My theory would be, since there is no fixed path, that all 4 happen, since they are all possible. Our conciousness will navigate us along the line we wish to proceed.
