Not to doubt the validity of the sentence, because the sentence is valid. The problem is the redundancy. In any English class, it would be marked off because there are is redundant. You shouldn't include there are period because "Major-Hayte is probably one of the best money managers" already includes there are. Just an opinion. I'm not going to argue about the grammar. (of course, if I used incorrect grammar in this little paragraph, feel free, b/c I don't care) lol
