i have to agree with shadow and why many non wiccan witches find most wicca rather "fluffy"...the kelts who were pre christian in northern europe were amazing warriors given to bravado, drunkeness, and violent sacrifices both human and animal...read about the bog people from that area...anything on their warriors, or the baskets of cats...

there was nothing peaceful about pre christian religion...enlightening, empowering...powerful, but rarely peaceful and full of love...
