*Set knew deep within his being that Aeon came here. That was by far the worst mistake any creature of light could ever make. Aeon had flung both himself and his beautiful lover into the very realm where evil ruled without question - he had flung them both into realm of The Pandemonium Fortress! Set's Universal and Spiritual Capital! Only the boldest of beings - such as Valron or Marius - would have ever dared to think of entering into this realm - but Aeon not only dared, but did it. Foolish, foolish Exhaulted. The limitless demons of enormous power simply watched for Aeon from both the gigantic Fortress of unholy metal and from the blasted ruins of the former City of the Gods. Here - in this realm - the power of Set was the very thing that held it all together. This place was not a physical realm, it was a place where the Dark Lord.....ALL of the Dark Lord.....could be seen and felt. Aeon's love for his people had driven him to commit not only physical, but also spiritual sucide! However - that is simply the popular opinion.

*The entire guard suddenly, as if by magic, drew their weapons in unison. It's not that they needed them - for Set could easily and eternally destory whatever being entered his realm without his premission - but rather because they hoped that they would get the chance of kill before their Eternal God decided to erase the being from all existance. From all over the Fortress, as well as in the ruins of the divine city, the horridly powerful demonic beings began their watch. They sought out Aeon and the spirit of his lover within.....they sought to rip her from his soul, they sought to slice her open like rotted fruit, they sought to devour Aeon himself from the feet up over and over again. They sought many things, but as for the will of Set.....none could tell if Set would allow this Aeon to continue to exist, or to simply smite him down within lighting speed. That much wasn't known. However, what was known was Aeon had traveled into the only realm of pure evil - the home of Set himself - and could never leave this place unless premission was granted by this realm's creator himself. Pity. Aeon's only hope would be to treat with Set, and pray that a deal could be struck that would bring peace between his world....and The Iron Crown.
