The Forum, represented by you, is not at fault, unless you do not take action for this illegality. If you don't, then you become culpable. If you do, then I have no beef with you.

I have asked you nicely to punish the offender. I have quoted the rules to you. I have shown you instances where you punished for far less. You seem to think this is a game. I can assure you it is not. You cannot expect me to play nice, if you don't in return.
