After a while the amount of items being sold decreases due to the reliability of the items sold. This means that they'll show a steady decrease in the overall profits made, and have to lay off more workers to make up for the decrease in monetary gain.

On top of that as it states itself it's already starting to show a small sign of decrease(63.something to 61.something in a one month span). This means that if it keeps going like that all of those people hired will be dropped.

Plus a single industry increasing it's job amount in some place does not help the entire economy. I myself have yet to see any form of actual new jobs appearing in the rural areas at all. That is a major flaw in the economy.
